About GreenMan Property Services

GreenMan Property Services is a local, family-owned business. We look after homes, rentals and commercial properties across Mackay. From the letterbox to the back fence, we do the cleaning, repairs, lawns and gardens.

We started in 2012 as GreenMan Boutique Services, with a small team. Word of mouth from happy locals kept the work coming, and in 2017 we became GreenMan Property Services Pty Ltd. We've grown and we take on jobs of all sizes. The promise hasn't changed: friendly service, upfront pricing and a neat, tidy finish.

Our story

Mackay is our home town. We live and work here. We look after local properties like they're our own.

We're a local business. Not a franchise. Not a call centre. When you call, you speak to our team. We agree the price before we start work. If a job is outside what we do, like QBCC structural builds over $3,300 or licensed plumbing and electrical work, we tell you straight away and point you to the right specialist.

What we do

Skip the calls to three or four different trades. Sort it all with us in one go:

Our team

Our crew has plenty of experience with homes, rental inspections and commercial grounds. We bring our own commercial-grade tools. We carry full public liability insurance.

Our Police Checks and Blue Cards are current. That matters in aged care settings, family homes and busy rentals.

How we work

1. Tell us your suburb, the property details and what you need done. Photos or a checklist help.
2. We give you a clear scope of work and confirm a fixed price before we start.
3. We book a date that suits you and the weather.
4. We do the work, clean up properly and tell you if anything else needs attention.
5. On handyman jobs, you get our 6-month workmanship guarantee on labour, plus the manufacturer's warranty on materials.

Paying is simple. Cash, cheque, bank transfer (EFT) or credit card, using your emailed invoice.

A light sprinkle won't stop our outdoor crews. In heavy rain, we reschedule to protect your lawn. If there's ever an accident, our insurance has you covered.
