5. If something's outside the scope on the day, we tell you. We don't quietly add it to the bill.

Humidity and the wet season raise the risk of mould in bathrooms and laundries. Lawns can shoot up within a week of rain. Coastal suburbs collect salt and grit, and western edges often have bigger yards. If a storm delays outdoor work, we'll tell you. We won't leave a half-finished frontage.

We don't do licensed plumbing or electrical work beyond legal handyman limits. QBCC rules cover construction work, and ours is capped at $3,300. Labour on completed handyman work has a 6-month guarantee.

Photos, invoicing and short notice

We can send before-and-after photos for your property file. Handy when owners ask what was done between tenants. We agree invoicing upfront, so you can on-charge or reconcile without surprises. Tell us if you need job references, purchase order numbers or a particular email trail.
