We clean empty (or nearly empty) homes to what agents check at the final inspection. Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, floors and windows (as quoted). The place is ready for the exit report.

Moving is stressful enough. We agree the price upfront, so there are no surprises. Every home is different, so we quote your place. We don't use set package prices.

How it works

1. Tell us the size, condition and suburb of the property, and your move-out date. Got an exit checklist from your agent? Send it too.
2. We put what's included, what isn't and the cost in writing. The estimate is free.
3. Book as soon as you know your vacate date and how we'll get the keys. Busy moving periods fill up.
4. On the day, we clean the empty home to the agreed scope.
5. If your agent finds something we should have cleaned within our quote, we come back and reclean it. That's our Service Promise (conditions apply, see our Terms). We can't guarantee a full bond refund. That's the property manager's or landlord's call. They also look at wear, damage and things other than cleaning.

What's included

A standard bond clean covers what property managers check, based on your quote:

• Kitchen: benchtops, splashbacks, cooktop, rangehood filters, oven (if quoted), cupboards, sink and taps
• Bathrooms and toilets: showers, baths, vanities, mirrors, wall tiles and exhaust fans we can reach
• Living areas and bedrooms: dusting, skirting boards, light switches, doors and door frames
• Floors: hard floors vacuumed and mopped, carpets vacuumed (steam cleaning if quoted)
• Windows: inside glass and tracks as quoted (outside glass if you ask)
• Laundry and wet areas: sinks, tubs and floors

What's excluded or listed separately

Unless added to the estimate:

• Carpet steam cleaning, upholstery and mattress cleaning
• Specialist blind and curtain cleaning
• Outdoor pressure washing, soft washing, garage floors and driveways
• Heavy mould removal beyond normal surface cleaning on areas we can safely reach
• Hoarding, biohazard and extreme heavy-duty cleans
• Rubbish removal and furniture disposal
• Maintenance, painting and handyman repairs (we have our own Handyman service)

Mackay notes

Mackay's humidity means kitchens and bathrooms often need more time for grease, soap scum and mould. Coastal and older homes also collect salt and dust in window tracks. If we spot it in your photos, we'll tell you.
