Bond clean checklist

Kitchen
- clean oven, cooktop and rangehood
- wipe cupboards inside and out
- clean sink and taps
- scrub splashbacks
- mop floors
- empty and wipe fridge/freezer if required by your agreement.
Bathrooms
- scrub shower, bath, toilet and basin
- clean mirrors and taps
- remove soap scum and mould where possible
- wash floors
- wipe cabinets and exhaust fans as accessible.
General
- dust surfaces and skirting
- clean light switches and power points
- wipe doors and handles
- vacuum and mop hard floors
- vacuum carpets
- clean windows and tracks as agreed
- remove rubbish and personal items.
Laundry & outdoor
- clean laundry tub and cabinets
- sweep patios
- tidy yards if required by your lease
- check garage or storage areas are empty and swept.
