How we work

Tell us your suburb, the size of the property, whether anyone's living there and what needs cleaning. An exit checklist or a few photos helps.
We tell you exactly what's in, what's out and the fixed price before we book you in. We don't use package rates that ignore what your place is actually like.
We pick a date that suits key handover, access and, for outdoor jobs, the weather.
We clean the agreed areas. The place is ready for inspection, photos or everyday living.
If your property manager flags something in our agreed quote that we should have cleaned, we come back and reclean it (terms apply). Bond refunds are your landlord's or agent's decision. They also consider wear and tear and repairs.

Handyman repairs, painting and maintenance (we can book these separately)
High-access or roof work that needs a specialist licence

We're happy to clean lived-in homes. We just need to work around people, pets and parking. Bond cleans are different. The home needs to be empty or nearly empty, because furniture slows us down and covers what inspectors check.

Mackay notes

Mackay's humidity and wet weather build up grime, soap scum and mould fast in kitchens and bathrooms. Coastal breezes leave salt and grit on window tracks, frames and outside walls. Older homes often need extra time on grout, rangehoods and sliding door tracks. Every home is different, so we price on condition, not a flat suburb average. Photos help us give you an accurate price.

Light rain rarely stops an inside clean. Outdoor washing and gutter work pause for heavy storms or high winds. If the lawn is waterlogged, we don't drag hoses and heavy gear across it.
